GRAND ISLAND — New York State Police are investigating a one-car fatal crash this evening.
Officials say a car driven by a woman left the roadway and crashed around 8 p.m. near Staley Road. Troopers believe the woman suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash.
Her identity has not been released.
