TOWN OF LOCKPORT — The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery that took place early this morning at a Transit Road Sunoco Station.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, a white male, approximately 5-feet, 8-inches tall, with a thin build, wearing gray jeans, a dark colored hoodie, blue beanie type hat, white sneakers, with a scarf wrapped around his face, entered the store around 4:30 a.m. and asked for the money in the register.
The clerk reported that suspect did not display or threaten a weapon, but did have a hand in his pocket as if he had one. He then fled on foot eastbound towards Robinson Road with an undetermined amount of money.
