YORKSHIRE — A 37-year-old Machias man was charged Wednesday evening with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on South Street.
According to New York State Police, Nicholas G. Boitschenko was found to be intoxicated following the traffic stop and ultimately found to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content.
He was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Yorkshire Court for October.
