John Arthur Miller, age 63, of Newfane, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Strong Memorial Hospital. Born December 8, 1952 in Lockport, John is the son of Rosemary (Moje) Miller and the late John A. Miller Sr.
John graduated from Newfane High School. He served his country in the US Navy. John had worked at Equistar in Burt, NY where they specialize in Therapeutic Riding, Home Depot and Tops Market. He also previously owned and operated PDQ Print Shop in Clarence,NY.
Coming from a large family, John enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. John liked to coach his daughters in their softball league. He also enjoyed playing cards with his family especially his mother and sister.
Surviving John are his dear daughters: Herinka (Anthony) Parkes, Ericka (Michael) Sullivan and Melanie (Jon) Ormond; his loving grandchildren: Aaron Chunco, Samuel Ormond, Adelina Parkes, Allison Sullivan and Alessaundra Parkes; son of Rosemary Miller and the late, John Miller Sr.; brother of: Maryann Miller, David Miller, Joseph (Nancy) Miller, Janet Federspiel, Charles Miller, Annette Louise, Michael (Catherine) Miller, Theresa (Michael) Evans, Clarence (Hope) Miller, Wallace (Katie) Miller, Helen (Brian) Cox and Rosemary Larkin. John is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no prior visitation. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
