
BUFFALO — The Buffalo Police Department Under Water Recovery Team has recovered the body of a deceased male from the Niagara River near the Peace Bridge.

BPD announced at approximately 3 p.m. that the Under Water Recovery Team was called to the scene after a report was made that a body was seen floating in the water.
No further details — including the identity of the deceased male — have been released.
