JAMESTOWN — A 20-year-old Jamestown man was charged Tuesday with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop on Huges Street.

According to New York State Police, Michael Pace-Segura was pulled over for a traffic violation and determined to be impaired. He was taken to the Jamestown Troopers’ barracks, where he was evaluated by a State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of marijuana.

Pace-Segura was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the City of Jamestown Court and released. He is scheduled to appear in the City of Jamestown Court next month.
