FREWSBURG — A 25-year-old Jamestown woman was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief, accused of damaging a truck.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a vandalism complaint in Frewsburg and after an investigation, determined Alanna Bemis was the suspect in the keying of a 2014 GMC pick-up truck.
Bemis was processed at SP Jamestown, issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Carroll Court, and released. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Carroll Court next month to answer the charge.
