AMITY — A 56-year-old Scio man was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated following a one-car crash on Dry Brook Road.
According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a one-car property damage accident and determined that Kenneth H. Glass was the driver. They then determined him to be intoxicated, although he refused field sobriety tests.
Glass was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks, where he did not provide a breath sample. He was then arraigned before the Town of Friendship Court and was released to reappear before the Town of Amity Court on Nov. 30.
