BELFAST — A 32-year-old Belfast woman was arrested on Monday and charged with petit larceny.
According to New York State Police, Lisa R. Elliott was observed on security camera stealing medication and money from a purse on Saturday. She was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks and then released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Belfast Court on Dec. 6.
