BUFFALO — A 19-year-old male has been arrested in connection with a series of tire thefts in the city, according to the Buffalo Police Department.

Police say Hector Santiago is facing grand larceny charges after stealing tires from cars on Maryland Street, Fargo, Richmond, and Ashland avenues over the past three months.
There were also a number of thefts of tires in Buffalo in early summer, as well as a similar string of thefts in 2015.
