CATTARAUGUS INDIAN RESERVATION — A 44-year-old Perrysburg man was charged today with assault and endangering the welfare of a child, as well as drug possession charges.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a physical domestic disturbance on Redeye Drive. The female complainant reported that her boyfriend, Henhawk who resides at the residence, physically assaulted her. While investigating the assault, Troopers observed marijuana and cocaine in plain view.

The complainant was transported to Lake Shore Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The couple’s infant daughter as well as two other children were home at the time but were not injured. They were turned over to a family member.

Henhawk was transported to SP Collins and processed, then arraigned at the Town of Perrysburg Court on the charges and posted bail.
