BUFFALO — The skies were clear and the streets were full of people for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

The 77th occurrence of the event makes it one of the longest running such parades in the nation — and at 90 minutes long, it’s one of the longest parades in Western New York — in terms of duration.

This year’s went off without a hitch. Buffalo Police reported about 10 arrests following the parade — mostly for disorderly conduct, a byproduct of all the green beer, no doubt.
