MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The men’s golf team completed the Robert Morris Colonial Golf Classic on Tuesday. The team shot a two-day total of 643 (+67) and finished in eighth place out of nine teams.
Christian Nizamis led Niagara, finishing tied for 16th place. He carded a 36-hole total of 158 (+14).
Nicco Gentile and Ben Conroy both shot 162 (+18) total and finished in a three-way tie for 27th place.
Daniel Weimer tied for 30th. He carded a second-round score of 81 (+9) for a two-day total of 163 (+19).
Matt Lesinski shot 168 (+24) and finished tied for 43rd and Wilson Lockwood, who competed as an individual, carded a 171 (+27) and finished in 50th place.
The team competes next Sunday through Tuesday at the Rhode Island Invitational.
