BATAVIA — A 35-year-old Batavia man was charged earlier today with felony driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 5.
According to New York State Police, Daniel Difrancesco was stopped for having a broken tail light and determined to be intoxicated, although he refused a breath test. He was processed and arraigned at the Town of Batavia Court and released to appear on a later date.
