Bonita Marie Fahs passed away on June 19, 2017 at Eastern Niagara Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. She loved to play softball. She was a member of the Woman of the Moose for 19 years. She was also a member of the Eagles for 5 years. She loved her family and had many friends. She was born on November 19, 1945 to Martha G. Stamp and Robert McKenzie.

Bonita is survived by her husband Robert Fahs and her first husband Frank Rider; children Frank Rider (Janice), Robert Rider, Randy Rider (Cindy), and Tina Newman (Ronald); step-children Tracy Peterson (Jeff), Krista Fahs, and Rob Fahs; sisters Janice Wright (Michael) and Brenda Fuller (Michael); step-sisters Shirley Eldridge (Ronald) and Susan Klinger (Carl); brothers Edward Rounds (Vicki), Michael Rounds (Dee), Cameron Rounds, Raymond Rounds (Betty), Harry Rounds (Sheri); step-brother Leonard ‘Ike’ Rounds (Patricia); also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and extended family.

She was predeceased by her parents and step-father Leonard Rounds; sister Beverly Lowe, and brothers Robert McKenzie, Ronald McKenzie, and Richard McKenzie; and step-brothers Fred Rounds and Robert Rounds.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, June 22nd from 4-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where services will be held Friday, June 23rd at 11 AM. Interment in Hartland Central Cemetery. Donations to Moose Charities, Baby Village, 155 S. International Dr., Mooseheart, IL 60539-1100 would be appreciated.
