STOW — A 26-year-old Michigan man was charged earlier today with unlawful possession of marijuana after New York State Police checked on a disabled vehicle on Route 394.
According to New York State Police, while Troopers were speaking to Andrew Tyler of Burton, Mich., the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. After searching Tyler and his vehicle, two marijuana cigarettes and two bottles containing three grams of marijuana were located. Tyler was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court later in the month to answer the charge.
