FREWSBURG — A 31-year-old Frewsburg man was charged today with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a residence in Frewsburg for a report of a dispute.

Investigation revealed that Corey Bryant broke a Nintendo Wii system and struck the victim twice in the head. Bryant was placed under arrest and transported to SP Jamestown. He was then processed, arraigned in the town of Carroll Court and released on his own recognizance.

Bryant is scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court next month to answer the charges.
