GERRY — A 58-year-old Falconer man was charged today with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 60.

According to New York State Police, Gordon Kennelley was pulled over for a traffic violation and while speaking to Kennelley, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. Kennelley was found to be in possession of a bag containing two grams of marijuana and a pipe containing marijuana residue. Kennelley was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Gerry Court next month.
