Helen Domagala passed away January 18, 2018 in Elderwood at Wheatfield. Born May 10, 1928 in Buffalo she was the daughter of Charles and Helen (Wisniewski) Ruehl. Helen worked for Wurlitzer Company in North Tonawanda where she was an assembler. She enjoyed organic gardening and spending time with her family.
Helen is survived by her husband Chester J. Domagala; children James (late Colleen) Domagala, Chester (Annette) Domagala, Jr., and Carol (Ray) Roehner; grandchildren Judy, Jacquie, Michelle, Mike, and Jeff; great grandchildren Leia, TJ, Cadence, Taylor, and Mickell; daughter-in-law Emma Domagala; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday, Jan. 21st from 2-6 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Monday, Jan. 22nd at 10 AM. Interment will be in The German Evangelical Protestant Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Garden or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
