A 29 year old Lockport man and a 22 year old Lockport woman were both charged with possession of a controlled substance on June 5, 2018 after a probation check-in.
According to New York State Troopers, officers stationed out of SP Lockport assisted Niagara County Probation officers on Robin Drive in the town of Lockport. Both Anthony Maisano and Vanessa Swan were found to be in possession of non-prescribed controlled substances.
Maisano and Swan were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
