Emilio J. D’Amico, Jr. passed away May 28, 2018 in Lockport Rehab & Health Care Facility. Born in Albion, NY on May 10, 1928 he was the son of Emilio J. and Mary (Persia) D’Amico, Sr. ‘Junior’, as everyone called him, served in the US Army from 1950 – 1952 being awarded the Korean Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star and the United Nations Service Medal. He worked for Harrison Radiator where he was a laborer and in maintenance.
Junior is survived by his loving wife Mary (Maiorana) D’Amico, whom he would have been married to for 60 years on June 6th; siblings Thomas (Georgia) D’Amico, late John D’Amico and Florence Genet; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; daughters Karen D’Amico and Elizabeth (Joseph) Santini; grandchildren Jennifer and Nicholas Santini.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass on Tuesday, June 12th at 11 AM in All Saints Oratory, 391 Market St., Lockport.
Entombment was in Glenwood Mausoleum.
