STAFF REPORTS
Jerramy Burns, 34 of New Braunfels, Texas was stopped for driving on the wrong side of Transit Rd with his headlights off in Clarence. Mr. Burns failed field sobriety tests and refused to provide a breath sample. He was arrested for DWI and arraigned in the Clarence Town Court where he was released after paying $500 bail with a return court date in July.

Joel R. Sheridan, 45 of Cheektowaga was stopped for Speeding on Clinton St, town of Elma. Mr. Sheridan failed field sobriety tests, was arrested and provided a breath sample of .20% BAC. He was charged with Aggravated DWI, issued tickets and released with a return court date in Elma Court.

Devine L Gonzalez, 33 of Niagara Falls was stopped for failing to stay in its lane on Grand Island blvd, Grand Island. Mr. Gonzalez failed field sobriety tests. He provided a breath sample of .18% BAC and was arrested for Aggravated DWI. He was issued tickets and released with a return court date in Grand Island Court.

Dylan M. Skompinski, 21 of Cheektowaga was stopped for making an unsafe lane change on Transit Rd, Lancaster. Mr. Skompinski failed field sobriety tests and provided a breath sample of .22% BAC. He was charged with Aggravated DWI, issued tickets and released with a return court date in Lancaster Court.
