NEW YORK, N.Y. — New York Attorney General Barbara D. Underwood released the following statement:
“No matter who leads the EPA, my office will continue to hold the agency accountable. As we have proven again and again, when the EPA threatens New Yorkers’ health and environment, we will take the agency to court – and we will win.”
The Attorney General has secured a number of significant court victories against the EPA in recent months, such as a recent ruling that the EPA must act on interstate smog pollution.
