PRESS RELEASE
The New York State Police arrested Juan A. Colon (4/9/1996) of 26 Rosedale St., Buffalo, NY, for one count of murder in the second degree for the death of Angel Marcial.
The incident occurred on Monday, July 9, 2018, on I-190 in the City of Buffalo.
Colon is lodged at the Erie County holding center pending arraignment.
