ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Plates debuted in front of a massive crowd of 13,167 people one year ago! Since then, Rochesterians from all over the world have bought the merchandise and worn in with pride.
On Thursday, August 23 the Plates will debut this brand-new cap and jersey combo signifying how much Rochester has “eaten up” the best alter ego in Minor League Baseball over the last year.
The brand-new caps and jerseys are available for sale now both in-store and online at the Team Store. The game-worn jerseys on August 23 will be up for auction using the Live Source Mobile App with proceeds benefitting the Red Wings Community Foundation.
Like last year’s game, the August 23 game will feature a different plate at each Frontier Field concession stand as well as a full slate of Plates-related in-game promos.
The game also features a Thirsty Thursday Pre-Game Happy Hour presented by Budweiser with $2 beers and live music from Genesee Saw!
Every Thursday home game is a College Night where students with a valid ID for only $10 can get a ticket to the game and 5 Diamond Dollars that can be used at any concession stand or the Team Store.
