A 27-year-old Tidioute, P.A. man was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on September 1, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Jacob Vincent was pulled over on I-86 in Randolph for speeding and while speaking to Vincent, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Vincent and his vehicle revealed two marijuana cigarettes and a smoking device containing marijuana residue.
Vincent was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Randolph Court later in the month.
