Hello Metalheads! This is John back with another track highlight. This time I bring to you Dehydrator by No Living Witness which dropped on August 25th, 2026. They also just announced their new EP Aeons of Disintegration which comes out on October 2nd, 2026!
I am VERY excited for anything new from No Living Witness and this track did not let my excitement down one bit. This track is techy, melodic and proggy, it has everything. Along with all of the qualities listed before, the “breakdown” they brought at the 2:15 mark is amazing. The quick section leading up to the breakdown gives some anticipation of something heavy and holy shit is it.
I really enjoyed the new vocals from Tim O’Brien(Warforged). He has some gnarly lows, shrieking highs and even a small singing passage. All of the instrumentals also rip super hard in this new track.
