A 47-year-old Boston man was charged with Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and Harassment 2nd Degree on September 3, 2018 following the report of a domestic disturbance.
According to New York State Troopers, Shawn M. Ofield was in a domestic dispute with a woman which became physical. The female party had an order of protection against Ofield from a previous incident. Ofield was taken into custody and processed at SP Boston . He was arraigned in the Town of Boston Court and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $100 bail.
Ofield is due back in Court on 09/07/18 at 10:00 AM.
