
Elizabeth L. Dickenson passed away October 2, 2025. Born in Lockport on February 3, 1941 she was the daughter of William and Alberta (Bradley) Lanighan. Elizabeth worked for the Niagara County Department of Social Services where she was a supervisor. She was a life member of St. Patrick’s RC Church and All Saints Parish. Beth enjoyed going to lunch with her classmates from St. Joseph’s Academy and DeSales High School. She enjoyed crocheting making afghan blankets for all her grandchildren.

Elizabeth is survived by her children Karen (Alexander) Robb, Anne (Jeff) Koniski, Donna (Gene) Simiele, and Mark (Elnora) Dickenson; grandchildren Elizabeth (Frank) Incardona, Sarah (Matt) Fowler, Troy Dickenson, Matthew (Sarah) Simiele, Kyle Simiele, Bradley Dickenson, and Keilah Dickenson; great grandchildren Livvi, Cecilia, Frank, and Cooper; daughter-in-law Beth Dickenson; sister-in-law Rose Mooney; dear friend Debra Kerrison; also several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband James B. Dickenson, son James W. Dickenson, and siblings Helen Butler, Mary Alice Nodine, and John Lanighan.
Relatives and friends may call Saturday, Nov. 1st from 10 AM – 12 Noon with services following at 12 Noon all in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Inurnment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
