Age 78, beloved husband of Catherine (nee Maruca) Incorvaia; devoted father of Jessica (Neal) Ten Eyck; cherished Papa of Mikko and Arlo; loving son of the late Charles and Annabel (nee Landsman) Incorvaia; dear brother of Rose Ann (late Tommy) Ross and the late Salvatore (Janice) Incorvaia and Charles “Bubble Man” Incorvaia; also survived by many adored nieces and nephews. Jim founded Jim’s Steak Out in 1981. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, October 12th, from 2-6 PM at the (Harris Hill Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 8440 Main St. A Mass of Christian of Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM Monday, October 13th, at St. Mary’s Chapel, 6919 Transit Rd., East Amherst.
