Pamela Inez Latham, 65, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025 at her residence, with her devoted husband Marcus by her side. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of Patricia (Hill) Moore and the late Peter Moore.

Pamela was a bold and spirited woman, known for her strength, courage, and unwavering commitment to God. She lived her life with passion and purpose, never afraid to speak her mind or stand up for what she believed in. A woman of many talents, she was an extraordinary seamstress, a massage therapist with a profound healing touch, an artist, and a compassionate health care aide.

Pam and Marcus poured their hearts into their role as grandparents, finding their greatest joy in watching their grandchildren grow, succeed, and shine in their own unique ways. She was also the keeper of knowledge of her family’s ancestry, named Inez in honor of her paternal aunt in England. She loved a proper afternoon tea and was a devoted fan of Downton Abbey.

Pamela spent much time learning from her maternal grandfather, Albert Jacket Hill (Kanyen’kehà:ka/Mohawk – Six Nations of the Grand River) and fought for her family’s rights as enrolled Mohawk citizens while carrying the responsibilities of their Turtle Clan ancestors. This opened the door for others in the family to embody their Kanyen’ké:ha culture and language. She cherished her connection with relatives from her maternal grandmother Mildred (O’Sullivan) Hill’s French Quebec roots in Trois Riviere.

In addition to her husband Marcus and her mother Pat, Pam is survived by her daughters, Janelle (Chris) Roma and Courtney White, and her son-in-love Nick Quartararo; her siblings, Arthur Paul (Debbie) Moore, Paulette (Ted Jojola), and Phyllis (Don) Gunning; and her beloved grandchildren, Makayla (Kaylyn) Roma, Lenea Roma, Juliette Roma, Thomas Roma, Cameron Roma, Matthew Roma, Mari Roma, Gage Quartararo, Jacob Quartararo, Junay Quartararo, Gianna Quartararo, and Garrett Quartararo. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Helen (Shawn) Taylor, Kevin (Megan) Moore, and Jonathan Gunning; great-nephews, Ronan Taylor and Cillian Moore; her sister-in-law Sharon (Ed) Newberg; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Her legacy will live on in the laughter, values, and love she instilled in her family. She leaves behind countless treasured memories that will be carried in the hearts of those who loved her most.
