Boston’s instrumental progressive metal band Myth Of I is our featured July 2025 band of the month! We’ve been long time fans of the band and bring a tasty style to their genre. There’s a lot of tasty riffs, unique sections and some great rhythms. The musicianship is top notch and aren’t pushed enough. There’s more instrumental bands popping up and unfortunately get lost in translation sometimes. There’s a ton of guitarist instrumental bands, let alone full bands of this style. Not many make it far like Animals As Leaders has, but definitely doesn’t take away from their solid music. Hopefully this reaches more people to get their name out there. We will have a new song for you to check out here at TMR!
