On December 19, 2024, Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of Edward K Washburn, 46, of Lockport.
Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Washburn was arrested on the following felony charges:
- One count of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd
- One count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell 3rd
Washburn was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
