Noreen C. McPhail of Lockport, NY passed away October 26, 2018. Born on November 24, 1949 in Lockport, NY to George Bain and Evis Rose. Wife of Michael McPhail. She is survived by a sister Kathleen (Roger) Pratt, predeceased by brother George Bain; two daughters Senora (Bruce) Farnham and Julie Arias; four grandchildren Samantha Hawkes, Angela Hawkes, RavenLyn Delgado, and Jose Arias; two great grandchildren Cruz Arias and Jean Delgado; three step-children Dawn Chase, Lori McPhail, and Mark McPhail; 13 step-grandchildren and several step great grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
