A 46-year-old Batavia man was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Operating a Vehicle Without an Interlock Device on November 3, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers out of SP Batavia arrested Dennis S. Rogers Jr. after he failed several field sobriety tests following a traffic stop on Route 5.
Subject was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Pembroke for November 2018.
