NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — The Purple Eagles men’s swimming and diving team defeated Waterloo, 105-100, on Saturday afternoon.

Meet Notes

  • Dalton Stier placed first in the 200 free with a time of 1:46.56. Rogers placed second in the same event with a time of 1:47.14.
  • Intas was a double individual winner. He placed first in the 50 free (21.49) and the 100 fee (46.97).
  • Andreas Rintel took first place in the 200 IM with a time of 1:57.76 and Winograd placed second with a time of 2:01.01.
  • Winograd placed first in the 100 breast (59.13) and Melchor placed second (59.75).

  • Coach’s Corner
    • “Waterloo is always our closest meet of the year,” said head coach Ben Nigro. “It was exciting to watch all of the close racing and cheering.”
