A 21-year-old Waterford, PA man was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon on November 17, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on I-86 west in the town of Cuba, officers discovered that Kody A. Ensign possessed a pistol in his vehicle for which he did not have a permit.
Ensign was arrested and issued appearance tickets for Cuba Town Court, where he is due to appear in December.
