A 36-year-old Bath man was charged with DWI on November 17, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.

According to New York State Troopers, during a traffic stop on US Route 219 in the town of Carrollton, officers observed that Carl A. Winslow was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. He was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.12% BAC.

Winslow was released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to return later this month.
