
Sharon A. Cusick, 71, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on December 5, 2025 at Erie County Memorial Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Lamorie and the late Shirley (Gardner) (late Vince) Moscati. On October 4, 1979, Sharon married Raymond J. “Ray” Cusick in Niagara Falls, NY. Ray predeceased her on July 29, 2008.
Sharon was employed for 10 years with Machelor Maintenance, where she worked in facilities services at Occidental Chemical and Carborundum. Outside of work, she enjoyed a full and vibrant life. She was an avid Bingo player and loved visiting the Casino. She especially enjoyed watching true crime shows and Dateline, keeping her home spotless, cooking for her family, and attending fairs and outings—always ready for a sweet treat. Sharon adored her grandchildren and was known for always being well dressed, with her hair and makeup beautifully done. She loved dancing and listening to music, especially with her husband, and cherished being surrounded by happiness, joy, and the company of her family. Family-oriented at her core, she treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her children, David Lamorie, Chantal (William) Fronczak, Michele (Nurlan) Abdaliyev, Stacey (Mark) Welch, and Rae Rae Cusick; fifteen grandchildren, Corrine Lamorie, Stephanie (Ronnie) Chandler, Michael Smith, Brittany Renda, Anthony Renda, Merrick Cady, Miranda Walerowicz, Alliah Abdaliyev, Zemahne Cusick, Nyejhere Smith, Jazavior Thomas, Joshua Hepner Jr., Darren Christian, Jr., Rikki Stypick, and Rilee Stypik; several great‑grandchildren; her brother, Darryl Lamorie; her beloved grand‑pups, Leo and Ghost; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her granddaughter, Gabrielle Renda; her great‑granddaughter, Ronae Chandler; and her brother, Jeffery Lamorie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13, from 12 PM – 2 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304, where funeral services will follow at 2 PM. Private interment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Lewiston, NY, will take place at the convenience of the family.
