Frederick A. Fair, 58, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on November 12, 2025 at Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late Willie and Irene (Payne) Magwood.
Frederick was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. He worked for over 20 years as a contractor with various construction and roofing firms throughout Niagara Falls. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, he built lasting relationships within the community.
Beyond his career, Frederick was an avid bowler, loved traveling and cooking, and was a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers. His passion for life and his warm personality touched everyone who knew him.
Frederick is survived by his daughters, Rozetta (Joey) Green and Natasha Fair (fiancé Emmanuel Melendez); his cherished grandchildren, Athena Green and Emiko Melendez-Rosa; his siblings, Karl David (Denise) Magwood and Chery (William) Porter; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
