Code Blue shelters are open in the City of Buffalo and Lockport tonight.
In Buffalo; Overnight shelter open tonight, Tuesday, 11/11/25 at 100 E Tupper St, Buffalo. Shelter’s open from 7pm-7am. Breakfast will be served 7am-8am
In Lockport: Any homeless person or individual without heat can go to the Salvation Army directly between the hours of 8pm – 10pm, if after 10 pm, please report to the walk-up window at the Niagara Street entrance of Lockport Police Department where they will assist individuals seeking shelter.
