Randall C. “Randy” Garrow, 58, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025 at Roswell Park Comprehensive Care Center in Buffalo, NY. Born in Lewiston, NY, Randy was the son of the late Floyd J. and Lillian (Swartz) Garrow.
A lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, he graduated from Trott Vocational High School, where Randy specialized in carpentry, a craft he pursued with passion and precision throughout his life. Randy was a proud member of Local 276 of Western New York, based in Lockport, NY, and worked as a carpenter for 30 years until his retirement in 2024.
On June 30, 1990, Randy married Kelly A. (Schultz) Garrow, the love of his life, in Niagara Falls. Together they built a life rooted in love, laughter, and shared adventures. Randy was a devoted husband and father, known for his intelligence, meticulous craftsmanship, and deep appreciation for the outdoors. He found joy in fishing, hunting, spending time at the family cabin, relaxing by the campfire, and cheering on his beloved Buffalo Bills. He was also a proud Son of the Legion of the American Legion in Cassadaga, NY.
Randy’s love for woodworking was matched only by his affection for his dogs and the quiet moments spent in nature. He will be remembered for his sharp mind, kind heart, and steadfast dedication to his family, especially his daughter and wife.
In addition to his wife of 35 years, Randy is survived by his daughter, Kayla Garrow; his sister, Joanna (Bob) Hubler; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, in-laws, and many dear friends. He was predeceased by his brothers, Leonard R. Currie and Robert A. Currie.
A Celebration of Randy’s Life will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 5000 Cambria Rd. Lockport, NY 14094 starting at 12 PM.
