Franklin Township, N.J. – The NEC announced Wednesday afternoon that for the second week in a row Emily Brock gets tabbed with NEC Bowler of the week.
 
Orchard Park native Emily Brock was awarded the NEC Bowler of the Week. At the Chelsea Gilliam Penguin Classic Brock bowled a total of 136 frames as 66% on strikes in team performance along with 61.6% in Baker. In average first ball marked at 9.50 and 9.30 respectively. As the leadoff bowler Brock was 100% in lead off fill and lead off strike percentage. Also, at the Penguin Classic Brock was named to the All-Tournament Team.
 
Along with Brock, sophomore Kate Ackerman and senior Sydney Skimmer were named NEC Bowling Prime Performers. Ackerman recorded a 96% overall fill percentage in team and 80.2% in Baker, 92.9% in all spare conversion, 100% in 10th frame fill and lead off fill percentage. Skimmer in format two of Baker averaged 18.7, in format one she knocked down a total pinfall of 982 which put her 26th in the individual standings, in format three of Baker she averaged an 18.3.
 
Bowling is set to host the NU Fall Open on Nov. 1-2.
