
Niagara University, N.Y. – Niagara Women’s Bowling went 3-2 through five baker matches. The Purple Eagles were led by Emily Brock who posted a 21.8 baker average, followed by Kate Ackerman who finished the day with a 19.2 average.
Baker Match 1: Niagara 938, Mercyhurst 903
Niagara used a strong five games to win this match outright by 35 pins, giving the Purple and White their first win of the day.
Baker Match 2: Niagara 998, Saint Anselm 884
Niagara cruised past Saint Anselm to collect their second win of the day.
Baker Match 3: Niagara 981, Mount St. Mary’s 914
The Purple Eagles collected their third win of the day, winning four out of five games to edge out Mount St. Mary’s.
Baker Match 4: Niagara 938, Arkansas State 1002
Niagara was given their first loss of the year by the hands of Arkansas State.
Baker Match 5: Niagara 925, Jacksonville State 1106
Despite winning the first game of the match, Niagara fell to a very strong Jacksonville State team by a difference of 181 pins.
