Age 81; beloved husband of 59 years to Rosemary (nee Chip) Starr; devoted father of John Starr and Jennifer Starr; loving grandfather of Haley Grace; predeceased by siblings Gerald (Florence), Elmer, LaVern (Loretta), Valjean, Arlene (late Ralph) Merner, Janice (late Bernard) Wagner, and Cheryl Wright; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Floyd was a United States Army Veteran and retired from General Motors.
The family will be present Sunday, October 12, 2025 from 1-3 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Dr. (at Parker Blvd.).
