Rich worked as a Truck Driver for many years. He was married to the late Jill Voelker for over 48 years.
He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth “Jill” Voelker. Beloved father of Brian (Shannon) Voelker, Daniel (Shoshana) Voelker and Lori (Lew) Voelker. Cherished grandfather of Lewis (Cynthia) Williams, Garrett and Kali Floyd, Gianna, Danillo and Nikalis Voelker, Jason and Shalynn Kanalley, Hayden and Evan Dege, Emberlyn Latini and Anthony Hudson. Great-grandfather of Lewis, Saint, and Brandilynn Williams, Skyline Mumau and Ella Kanalley. Brother of Ronald Voelker and the late Sue Voelker. Also survived by many friends and family.
