Denise C. Anderson, 69, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on February 11, 2025 at her residence under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born in Topeka, KS, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Bernice (Selden) Thomas.
D, as she was affectionately known, moved to Pennsylvania as a child with her family, later relocating to Pavilion, NY, where she graduated from Pavilion High School. She later moved to Niagara Falls in the early 1980s. Denise was currently employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Northgate Health Care Facility for 23 years. D loved to crochet and knit, especially stockings and blankets, and also enjoyed cooking.
Denise is survived by her sons, Chad (Felicia) Huff, Matthew Anderson, and Ryan (Jennifer) Anderson; her grandchildren, Damian Anderson, Camden Anderson, Brayden Anderson, Brielle Anderson, and Olivia Huff; her sister, Virgina Thomas, and nephews, Troy Thomas and Aaron (Amy) Thomas; her former husband, George Anderson, as well several aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be no prior visitation or funeral services. Arrangements by M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel.
