LOCKPORT — Sheriff Michael Filicetti announces the arrest of 56-year-old, William H. Tilton Jr. of the City of Lockport, following an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office into multiple complaints of a suspicious person in the Town of Lockport area. Tilton was charged with one count of Unlawful Surveillance 2nd (E- felony) and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A-misdemeanor) and held for centralized arraignment. Further investigation into additional charges is ongoing by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
