LOCKPORT — Niagara County Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti announces the arrest of Corrections Officer Deonte Paige, age 28, of Niagara Falls, on a charge of Harassment in the Second Degree, a Violation.
Paige was arrested following an investigation conducted by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau. The complaint stemmed from an allegation made by an incarcerated individual within the facility.
Paige was released on an appearance ticket and directed to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on August 15, 2024 to answer the charge. Paige has been suspended pending a departmental investigation and hearing. Due to the ongoing investigation and pending departmental charges, no further information will be released at this time.
