LOCKPORT – On May 21, 2024, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of David S. Jemes, 48 of Lockport, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Jemes was arrested on the following felony charges:
- Three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell 3rd degree.
- Two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree.
- Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree.
Jemes was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
